Anyone Destroying Records In Government -- 3 Years In Jail, and Never Again a Public Office

This should be quite clear

Word for word from the Cornell Law Library Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton's private email server illegal, it "disqualifies" her from holding any federal office. Very specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071. For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here's what it says:

“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

Yes, it explicitly states "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

Shouldn’t voters know that? The media won't tell them. So it's up to us.

Any retard can use Grabbb or a banner scanner to find daemons running, use some crap exploit off packetstorm to exploit the versions of daemons found, root and backdoor a bunch of computers, and use Trin00 to DDoS a bunch of domain name servers using the rooted computers. I could train a chimp to do it, it's not impressive and not sophisticated. They didn't prove anything. What would take some actual brains and balls would be something from old days of gH where they rooted a bunch of .gov/.mil computers. When the little kids who did yesterday's "attacks" can do that, wake me up. They did nothing but aggravate a bunch of people, there was no point made whatsoever. If you think there was, you're as dumb as they are.

  2. So ask yourself, why do some people get the book thrown at them, and others seem to get a free pass?

  3. Good news! FBI Director Comey, to reopen Clinton e-mail case. The FBI reopening investigation isn’t an October surprise, it’s an October nuclear explosion. An ‘October Surprise‘ is a major event that happens in the month before the election that affects the outcome of the vote. Market dropped slightly on the news, poor White Shoe Boys of Wall Street.
