Here is the whole 280 page report in the blue link below, it has a lot of great stuff in it, a bit on the geeky side, but when you want real facts, and not just warmed over opinions.....you need to geek out.

Ruh Roh----The presence of I131 indicates on going criticality at Fukushima Dai-Ichi

  1. I131 isn't a sign of criticality. Its a fission product sure, uranium spontaneous fissions all the time, even in sea water where it is naturally found. Lets learn the difference between criticality and subcriticality. I ran both a criticality and subcriticality lab in grad school. There is a big big difference.

    1. Present data on the "background" level of I 131 as a spontaneous fission product of U, or anything for that matter. Bet you a buck to a dollar you can't

LOL, yeah right 47 Bq/kG that is getting quite high.

  2. You need to calculate the number of spontaneous fissions in natural seawater then multiply by the fission fragment fraction of I 131. That will dwarf your faulty analysis. Do you even know about spontaneous fission and the double humped curve for fission products?

    1. See the newer post. The spontaneous fissions to create I131 do not dwarf the actual measurements from Japan.

In fact, its the other way around.....Actual is 25 Billion times more than "background"

Thanks for stepping up to counter all the Nuclear Baloney* (NB) being used to try and make using Nuclear safe when in fact it is just a Nuclear Accident/incident waiting to happen.
